Breathe

Relax.

With all of the thoughts you have been cornered by,

relax.

Give your mind a time out.

Our minds can be our greatest nemesis if we allow it to be.

DO NOT ALLOW it to be.

Give yourself a moment to recollect your thoughts, shift your energy in a way that benefits your mood, and breathe.

You are doing fine.

You will be fine.

Dispose the drilling thoughts to lighten up your mood.

Think of everything good; how far you have gotten yourself, the many blessings that are around you, the many blessings that you were given, and the experiences that have made you a better person today.

Think of how bright you want your future to be, and how bright it will be.

You are doing just fine.

Life is not a race, it’s an experience.

Relax.

Stay patient.

Breathe.
