Take this moment to thoroughly think through two (2) new goals you’d want to accomplish for yourself.
Not for anyone else, but specifically only for yourself.
What do you want for yourself?
What do you desire?
What about yourself do you feel needs improvement?
What would you like to be able to do?
What do you want out of life?
What can you do right now to feel content?
What would you love to have finished by the end of the week?
These two (2) goals can be anything under the Sun, major or minor— but they only have to be directed towards yourself.
Tackling even the smallest of a goal is beneficial/rewarding. It allows you to gain a feel of stability and control over favorable outcomes. It allows you to begin adjusting your life, get things in order and stay in good shape. It allows you to go about motives with a healthier mindset. It allows you to GET THINGS DONE.
